Hi mate, yeah you can have that one, it will cost a bit more than the original default prices because houses just seem to cost more nowdays.
i would say starting from around a million upwards.
It would suit a house interior better, so really just choose a type you want/prefer and let me know.

Hello! It should be type 25 as the one next to it, since it would be neat that both doors are the same type and also has an interior that matches the outside. Regards!
