WHY BANNED ME?

Hi , You didnt ban me for 1 day, you gave me a permanent ban and which I don't know ban 1 appears to me. NoTag | Kitchen-? 
You spend your time doing spam and fake spree/kills and you join to do just that with new accounts.
We are already tired of players doing these things.
