For about a week, the case has not been passed to me in any way.

Im not ignoring this, i need a couple of us to go over it in dev and work out what the problem is.
I think its not a script bug but an MTA/Server bug that develops over time with the timers.
Ive seen this with many scripts over time.. the timers stop working.
the Case script doesn't restart ever so it might be worth me trying a script restart each time the case ends.
Just got back off holiday today so we can go over it next time i see you.
