Insulting to much.

This player is very annoying on the server.
And all the time insulting and provoking by saying "easy , nob "
And Fero asked him that he will be permanent mute but still he insulting him.
also he is not using his real game name ,only come with fake account and insult player's
I don't know who is he but as far as I know he is from PH.
Please take action on this !!
