The Chapel allows you to get married to an other player, being married allows you to warp to your partner at anytime using the F2 menu. There are several Chapels on the map wich are shown as

You have the option to permanently/temporary marry someone. If you choose to marry temporary then the marriage is over when you or your partner leave the game.
