While its annoying to kill the peds when people are doing the jobs, they can be hurt because we need to kill them at times.
I could have made them immune but then we would have to do the bad jobs that sometimes come along.
if he keeps doing it, over and over, i would like to see, but your screenshot only shows 1 kill, which isnt really something we can punish him for.
