is it something Kenneth is PM'ing to you?
we cannot see this so how would you expect anything to be done about it.
Just block the pm's.
Also, i can see you have been muted at this point... and Jack cannot see that Kenneth is PM'ing you after.

i did mute them for their actions , they started this conversation by joking but in the end they both made it insult..
he posted this after i muted him
So it has been handled.
Also they are waiting to me to mute some people because of players are insulting them via pm... as you said i can not see pms

they can disable pm's.
